Let's ask Coach Wally Beam, Messiah College Baseball.

Beginning with "Hitting the LONG BALL 101" Coach Wally in cooperation with Chris Heisey ,Commonwealth Conference Rookie of the Year-2004 and Messiah Team Leader in homeruns (Long Balls)-2004 will be demonstating the mechanics of hitting the LONG BALL.

Coach Wally has coached baseball since 1998, beginning his coaching career at Bayley Ellard Catholic High School in New Jersey. Coach Wally has worked with the Messiah College Baseball Team for the past three seasons, since moving back to Central PA in 2000. In addition to coaching at the collegiate and high school levels Coach Wally has provided private and group baseball instruction on the mechanics of hitting, fielding and pitching.
