I thought I'd share some of the sights on our trip to Mahadaga

The owner of the vehicle we rented to take us was gracious in letting us take a picture with him.

The streets of Ouagadougou on our journey out of the city.

Our driver's partner contemplates the scene before him.

We stopped at the SIM compound in Fada and saw this flower.

We passed by a lake where cattle were drinking (and having fun).

Donkeys are the beast of burden here.

We were greeted by the missionaries and many children.

And of course, our guardian spider, Harry, kept guard over us - attacking any mosquitos that happened into our room.

The guy's sleeping quarters. Scott was in the first room. Dr. Widmer in the second room. The rest of the guys in the next room.

Of course we had mosquito nets, but it was cool enough that mosquitos were not in abundance. Towards the end of our stay, I stopped using my mosquito net.

The shower area where Harry kept his vigilance.
