Introductory chemistry, environmental chemistry and biochemistry
I am currently involved in a chemistry curriculum development project called MoleCVUE. My most recent work has been with Chime, Jmol and Protein Explorer (PiPE) .I have a continuing interest in drug metabolism and HPLC method development. I have also done collaborative work on metal ion absorption by algae, peat moss and plant roots. Most recently, I am interested in verifying the often repeated claim that organic produce contain more nutrients than non-organic produce.
