This creek originates in Adams County, PA and flows through York County on its way to the Susquehanna River. Overall, the creek is warm, wide and deep. The upper reach of the creek flows through some of Pennsylvania's most popular orchards. The middle reach of the creek is difficult to sample due to six dams spaced a few miles apart from each other.
