Directions to Y's Men's Club 

From Mechanicsburg

Take Trindle Road (641 west) to High Street (74 north). Go to the 8th stop light and turn right onto North College Street (74 N).Go six blocks to Waggoners Gap Road (74 north) and turn left. Travel 4.3 miles out Waggoners Gap Road (74 north). Turn left onto Stone Church Road (there is a white, two story house with black shutters on the right where you turn left onto Stone Church Road).Travel 1.5 miles on Stone Church Road until you come to the intersection at McClures Gap Road.  You will see a private lane leading into the church straight in front of you. Travel into this lane and follow signs back the dirt lane to the cabin. 

From Dillsburg:

Take York Road (74 north) to High Street in Carlisle (74 north). Follow directions above starting with line 2.

From Harrisburg:

Take 81 south to exit 16 (High Street /Trindle Road exit). At the end of the ramp, take a right onto 641 west (Trindle Road).Follow directions from Mechanicsburg starting with line 2.
 

Directions to the Landis Cabin:
Take Rt. 74 north out of Carlisle and over Waggoner's Gap. At the town of Bridgeport cross the metal singing bridge and take a left. Go to the four way stop in Landisburg and turn left onto Rt. 233.Go approximately 4 miles to Laurel Run Road and bear to the right (we will post our first shoot sign here). This is at the base of a mountain and if you reach the top of the mountain you have gone too far. Go six and 3/4 miles between the mountains and watch for another shoot sign, at which point you will turn into the cabin.  The phone number at the cabin is 717-789-2067
 

Directions to Messiah College and the Oakes Museum:

The roadways surrounding Messiah College will be undergoing construction through Summer 2003 at the Route 15/Lisburn Rd interchange. This will inevitably affect traffic to the College, but all detours and traffic flow will be clearly marked.

Southbound on US 15:

Travel approximately 3.75 miles beyond the PA T urnpike interchange to the first traffic light, and turn left onto Grantham Road. Turn right at the first stop sign into the main campus entrance.

Northbound on US 15:

Travel approximately 3.75 miles beyond the PA 74 North intersection near Dillsburg to the second traffic light, and turn right on Grantham Road. Turn right at the first stop sign into the main campus entrance.

The Oakes Museum is located in the Jordan Science Center (#16 on the map that you can see on the web at http://www.messiah.edu/visitors/map.shtml or contact Greg Gearhart at gearhart@messiah.edu (432-1442) and I will mail you a copy.). The above directions will bring you to the entrance in the bottom center of the map (between buildings 27 and 29). You can turn left at the entrance (which is a four way stop) and follow the road around to the parking lot behind Jordan (the large white area on the map), or you can turn right and follow the road to the parking area in front of Murray Library (#23), which is near the Jordan Science Center. Parking on campus is tight, so be prepared to park wherever you can find an open space, and walk a short distance.
