In addition to the "scandals" that Christianity Today documents, one does not have to look far to find others. "Ex-gay" Colin Cook's sex with his clients is documented in (Ide) and at this internet link. At the latter site, Bruce Grimsley, founder of the ex-gay ministry CrossOver in Lexington, KY, is quoted as admitting that he preached against homosexuality while having homosexual contacts. Fundamentalist Billy James Hargis had sex with boys in his Christian school even while preaching against homosexuality in his tabloid newsletter. (Time, February 16 and March 8, 1976; Christianity Today, February 27 and March 26, 1976.)

John Evans' testimony as an ex-gay appears under the pseudonym "Ted" in (Philpott). His testimony as an ex-ex-gay appears along with that of Michael Bussee in "One Nation Under God," a 1993 documentary film by Teodoro Maniaci, aired on PBS's program POV [Point of View] June 14, 1994. The film says incorrectly that Michael Bussee's return to homosexuality was accepted by his family (per my personal interview, June 1985, of his former wife Ann M. Bussee). It also says incorrectly that Bussee and his male partner had founded Exodus International, whereas in fact they were among a larger group of founders.

Ladonna Baumer Green's testimony as an ex-gay appears in the Love in Action Newsletter, May and June 1981. Her testimony as an ex-ex-gay appears in an article by Sara Miles in the gay magazine Out, October 1994, available then on the internet as gopher://gopher.enews.com/00/magazines/category/sexuality/out/Current%20Issue/100194.2
