B of 302.20), pedophilia is a disorder if "The fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning." Similar changes for sadism, masochism, transvestism, voyeurism, and exhibitionism have been made.
