Blindness allowed God to be glorified. That does not make blindness good.

In the Ten Commandments, God says He will punish children for their fathers' sins (Exodus 20:5), even though that punishment would not be death. (Deuteronomy 24:16) Since the time of Ezekiel, God no longer punishes children for their fathers' sins. (Ezekiel 18) Neither did the man born blind sin. Homosexual temptations are not a punishment for your father's sin, nor for your own sin. That does not make homosexuality good.
