This assumption confuses love with sexuality -- that
is, unselfish desire for the best interests of another
with erotic attraction -- and possibly confuses also
temptation with yielding to temptation. This kind of
question reminds me of the Japanese paintings of Jesus
with slanted eyes. Jesus offered Himself for everyone,
and became like us except for sinning. So I can see why
a gay man might want to imagine Jesus to be like him.
One gay academic told me that he imagined having sex
with Jesus as an aid in worship.
The Bible teaches that we are to become like Jesus, not to make Him become like us. There is no evidence of Jesus being erotically attracted to either of these men; and if He were, there is even less evidence that he responded to that attraction.
