We asked members of GKS why they enjoy stepping, what their favorite part is, and if they ever get nervous before a performance. Here's what they said:

"I enjoy step cause it's something culturally rich that I can be involved in on campus. My favorite part of the team is the fellowship among the ladies. We have so much fun at practice and I really enjoy our prayer together. Also, I like the ATTITUDE!!!"

"I enjoy step because we can praise God without music, only ourselves. I love being part of step because we form a sistergood of girls who love Christ."

"I enjoy step because it's fun, when you get a step down you feel accomplished,and when you perform you fell exhilerated, like you did something important. It's just amazing."

"My favorite part of step is the chance to relax from a crazy day. It's a huge stress reliever and is especially fun when we have our whole routine down and can hear how cool it sounds."
