Select a section on left for the following deliverables:
Status Reports lists all status reports

Meeting Notes gives dates of meetings, who with, and brief descriptions of what happened

Project Plan (**updated at every milestone**) shows information below:

Section I: Current Project Plan Section II: Past Project Plans Includes all versions of project plan. Gives which milestone document was originally from or updated at. Section III: Downloads Includes any downloadable files for the milestone selected (.doc, .xls, etc.)

Each new version of a document has changes in italics to show what has been changed from the last version.

Milestone x shows information below:

Section I: Milestone Deliverables Includes documents and diagrams due for the milestone selected Section II: Updated Documents From Past Milestones Includes any documents from past milestones that were updated for this milestone. e.g. the SRS was generated in milestone II, but it was updated in milestone III, so it will appear in this section of milestone III. Section III: Updated Versions For This Milestone Includes list of updated documents listed in section I. Clicking the document will bring you to the milestone where the document was updated at. Section IV: Downloads Includes any downloadable files for the milestone selected (.doc, .xls, etc.)

Final Note

Many of the sections above are now blank. For Milestone 6, we took away all old versions of documents and their links, and just left up the most recent versions of the documents. We left the sections up to show how we organized the site.

The Project Plan was first created in Milestone 1, but was updated for every milestone. Since it is the project plan, it seemed logical to place it in its own section. This is why it is placed where it is.
