We have met with Joel Worrall to discuss basic overview of project. The project proposal and the preliminary plan were completed.
Strengths of Milestone
We were able to make contact with the organization and get information about the project.
Weaknesses of Milestone
We have not talked to John Nesbitt to get specific details about the project. We will be meeting with him before Milestone 2.

Deliverables
We do not have any notes from our meeting with Joel, since we have to defer to John Nesbitt for requirements.
The preliminary project plan is slimmed down for this milestone, as we are not sure of the specific requirements until we meet with John. Our roles are outlined in this PowerPoint presentation, as well as what else we do know about the project.
