plans include transition, training and user manual. As well as a short document
detailing our plans for the Application to aid in future extension of the DB.

Issues
Resolved
The basic functionality of taking in client
information and printing reports based on this information can be done using
this DB.
4.
New Issues to
be Addressed
There is still a need for the intake form to be streamlined, taking out some of the manual selection’s for the client for each page and make it work as one seamless form.
Milestone Number: 6

Name: HELP ministries
Team Members (and Roles, including leader):
Dave Hess: — Fixing Bugs with intake forms.
Robert Lusk: (Lead)—Report creation and bug fixing

Summary of Results of Milestone: 5
·
The
current DB intakes client information through a series of forms
·
Reports
can be generated based on these intakes, which show all the information for a
client.
Strengths of
Milestone: 6
·
The database represents the basic functionality
used by HELP for taking in client information. The DB allows them to search for
clients, perform queries, and generate reports of a clients
stored information.
Weaknesses
of Milestone: 6
·
HELP will not use the current DB right away. There
are parts of their current database application that would need to be
implemented before they make the transition to the new application. Their plan is to slowly develop this new
Database on the side, and then take the time to make the transition when it is
completely functional.
