We will be handing over our Final Application, along with a system manual and a short document detailing the goals and progress of our Application to HELP Ministries on Weds, May 5th, 2004.
The purpose of the Document is to aid in anyone who undertakes the continuation of the project, since it is part of HELPs plan to get it worked on further.
