Progress Made
All tables that are to be incorporated within the database have been created in SQL, as well as an HTML version of our graphical user interface. With the creation of these two vital parts of our project, we can relate the tables and connect the GUI to the database using JSP.

Upcoming Time Period Until Next Status Report Due
Our upcoming objectives are to finalize all changes
and make sure increment 1 is complete.
We then will begin Milestone 5 and start implementing increment 2 into
our project.

We talked to John Scarpato and about the searchable
and required fields for the DB and the GUI.

With the changes occurring within our increments, we
may tend to run into some complications with the actual finalizing of increment
2. JSP will be a huge challenge for our
team. It will require much research and
time implemented into the project.

We have finalized all
creations of tables and the GUI, as well as reviewed and corrected the database
up until this point. All results are summarized in the following:

Tables in the database were created using SQL.

Strengths of
Milestone: 4
· Now that we have the system overview understood, and the creation of both the tables and the GUI, we can now understand more fully where we stand in the status of our project and can progress towards a functional prototype.
Weaknesses
of Milestone: 4

This
milestone does not capture all the information of the current HELP database. We
found out about some aspect of the DB. We are not sure that we will have enough
time to implement them. So our rendition of HELP DB will not be a complete
replacement.
