Performance Improvement Document for Milestone 5

Our main goal was to fix bugs through out the system

· We went through the DB and made sure only certain fields were indexed so that they would be searchable: like the service request names and the client names

· We combined the income and expense table since it was a 1:1 relation and it would be easier to have all the related information in one table

· We added a refresh button on the Intake form to refresh the ClientID on the intake form.
