Milestone 5 Implementation and Status Document


We have the tables created.

Forms:

The first input form used to initiate client record.

The detailed intake form is created but it still needs cleaned up.

A form is built to modify the Grant code and the descriptions of the code and the funding source.

Searching:

Using access’s built in Find command to search for people, etc.

Reports:

We have a detailed report that prints out all the information for a client.

 

 

Milestone 6 Intentions Document
