Training will be performed initially to a couple of current PFL employees who will be responsible for training select users in the future. Initial training will be done by Jeff Lamos

Jeff Lamos will be responsible for delivery of the system as well as initial training. The system will be delivered to Jessica Cross of Project Forward Leap to be used in the Main Office. She will be responsible for maintenance and further enhancement as well as the training of PFL employees. For any questions or assistance required Jeff Lamos will be the contact person until a PFL employee can take over this role.
