Summarize Results of Milestone:
In this milestone we are
cleaning up the system and
finalizing the database. We
finished the reports and ironed
out some bugs. We prepared the
final documentation and
transitioned the system to PFL.
We also prepared the final
presentation.
Strengths of Milestone:
We did not have a tremendous
amount of work left. We focused
on polishing what we had already
done and tying up all of our
loose ends. Given the short
amount of time we had, we
diligently finished the work
ahead of time.
Weaknesses of Milestone:
Our group does not like to do
paperwork and it shows in the
lack of detail in our docs
sometimes. Some of us like to
work ahead, others like to
procrastinate and this creates a
disconnect in our progress.
Project Status:
Green. We are ready to go for
Tuesday.
