Transition of Database to New Hope Ministries

    Once the final version of Access Hope is completed Team Access Hope will bring it to the Dillsburg office to be approved by the director before the system is implemented. Once approved Team Access Hope will upload the system into the Dillsburg office and their staff will then transfer the data from the old database to the new system. Team Access Hope will help with this step only if we are allowed to view the records that will be transferred. Once the system is on its feet and has been tested with their data, the process will be repeated for two other New Hope Ministry offices located in Dover and Mechanicsburg.
