Milestone V Intentions

   The Increment that Team Access Hope will complete for the final version which will be handed in for Milestone V is that of Increment 3. This was are final increment that included pretty much everything that was previously mentioned for Increment 3. 

   The current Access Hope Database was delivered for inspection last week and the results were as follows:

• There needs to be a Macro that will show the history of services in a list and not just one by one;

• Work on "ease of entry" for entering services, example is being able to carry date over to all the services when there are multiple services being added at a time;

• If possible work on a better search, if not this one is fine;

• Reports have to be able to be done under specific time periods;

• Creating it so you can do a search between ages;

• Add color and liveliness to the User Interface;

• Add relation to client, meaning "mother", "father", "son" "daughter" etc;

• Create a query that is able to find Bread-only clients, this will separate clients receiving multiple services from those only coming in for food.

• Make sure that all the necessary reports work properly.

• Fix the Expense and Income section to work smoothly and to be able to calculate correctly.

    These are all of the improvements and bugs that we plan on making and fixing in the Access Hope system before we turn it in for Increment 5. We made sure, with the director of the Dillsburg New Hope Ministry, that there were no other issues with the data base that needed to be changed.
