Text Box: Description This is the diagram of the To-Be system.  It is showing the process that takes place as a new client comes to New Hope Ministry.  A client in some kind of need comes in and fills out an application and an expense form.  These forms are reviewed and if accepted for services the application is given to the administrative assistant to enter into the database. The expense form is given to the director so that she may decide what services can be provided for the client. All services are recorded and given to the administrative assistant to put into the database. Monthly reports will generated from the information that is in the database easily without hassle. As you can see we also combined the Children and Youth into this database there for making it all the easier to keep track of family records and also easier to generate the monthly and yearly reports.
