1. Start Screens

1.1 Client Start
Here is where you have the option to either
open up all of the Client Records or to add a new Client Record 1.2 Children and Youth Start This is the same as the Client start form as to where you have the option to either open all of the C&Y Records or to add a new C&Y Record. 1.3 Volunteer Start This takes the same form as the previous two starts where you can either open all of the Volunteer Records or you can add more Volunteer Records. 1.4 Services Start This is where you have the option to enter the Client Services, C&Y Services, or Volunteer Services. 1.5 Report Start This is where you have the option to view Service Reports or to go into Print Service Reports. |

2. Clients

2.1 Clients Receiving Services This is the form that will pop up after you click the "Open All Client Records" under Client on the Welcome form. This form is a read-only form to ensure the safety of the data. If you need to edit the Clients record then you would click the Edit Record button and a form will pop up that looks similar to the one above and it will allow you to edit, save, or delete the record. The "Name of Household" field is the primary key and must be filled out. It is a combination of the Clients last name and his/her social security number. If you scroll down on this form it will bring up a "Client Family Member" table which allows you to add all of the family members that are currently living in that household, they will also receive the Household ID. Family members are not Clients unless they themselves are receiving services from New Hope Ministries. In order to view more of the Clients then you click on the arrows at the bottom left side of the form. 2.2 Add Client Family Member This is a button that is on this screen when scrolled down so that the "Client Family Member" table is visible. When this button is clicked another table will pop up that allows you to Edit and Save, Add New, or Delete a Family Member. In this table there is also the option of making a Family Member a Client or making a Family Member part of the Children&Youth program. If this is done small forms will pop up to collect the rest of the necessary information in order for that Family Member to become either a Client or Children&Youth. 2.3 Add Services Click the Services button to add the services that the Client has received. When this button is clicked a form will pop up that will allow you to add or edit a service. 2.4 Add Household Expenses Click the Expenses button to add household Expenses. When this button is clicked a form will pop up that displays the "The Total Expenses Behind" and "The Total Expenses Due". The buttons on this form are Due and Behind and when they are clicked, forms pop up that allow
