 Summarize Results of Milestone:

Our Project Proposal and Preliminary Project Plan were big steps in determining the purpose and scope of our project, respectively.  Our project is waiting for approval and we are ready to go.

 Strengths of Milestone:

Our group is fully aware of the purpose of our project.  We have a vision which we are willing to work closely with New Hope Ministries to accomplish.  We have built a great relationship with New Hope Ministries and they are very excited to be working with us.

 Weaknesses of Milestone:

It is very early in the project so it is tough to foresee any problems we may encounter; that, in and of itself is a problem.  We are so eager to start the project that we may not realize what issues we may come across.

 Project Status:

Green: Project is proceeding as planned without any significant issues.  We have been in contact with and have been meeting New Hope Ministries’ personnel to begin our project.

 Effort:
