The Society for Creative Anachronism, or SCA for short, is an international medieval recreation group. I first learned about it on the Internet in 1992, and I attended my first event in 1993. I have not been very active yet, although I am getting together some armor for fighting.
I have chosen the name Godfrey de Grey to use in the SCA. He is a mid-fourteenth-century Englishman, and his arms are Argent, three chevronels braced sable, and on a chief sable a greyhound courant argent.
